NR Racing LLC publishes and updates content on this site in good faith, no representation is made concerning the completeness or accuracy of the information. Certain parts of the website may be incomplete, contain errors or become expired at any point in time.  While we expressly disclaims and makes no commitment to update any of the content on this website, we do reserve the right to add, modify or delete any information on the website at any point in time.   

By accessing or navigating any part of the nr-racing.com website, the user acknowledges his/her complete understanding and agrees to the terms and conditions set out in the following policies.

• All race parts and engines are sold "AS IS" and with all faults.

• NR Racing LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, with respect to such goods.

Privacy & Secure Transactions

Your name will not be provided to any solicitor and we will not solicit you by telephone, fax, or e-mail unless invited to do so. 

This site incorporates appropriate safeguards using industry standard technology to heighten the security, accuracy and privacy of any personal information we have collected and we have put in place reasonable precautions to protect information from loss and misuse. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as required. .

Pricing

BECAUSE OF THE MANY MANUFACTURERS PRICE IRREGULARITIES AND FORCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, OUR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

No price guarantees or availability guarantees will ever be made. We reserve the right to limit quantities at any point without any prior notice.

Payment 

Preferred method of payment is Paypal. For phone orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as VISA and MasterCard debit cards. Cashiers checks and money orders are accepted for prepaid orders and for COD shipments. FedEx and UPS charges a fee for COD shipments and we add that amount to the invoice. Wire Transfers or Western Union can also be used and this method of payment is required for most orders not originating in the USA or Canada. Bank fees for Wire Transfers will be added to the invoice. We will e-mail the necessary wire transfer information for sales requiring this payment method. Cash discounts may be available for larger orders.  

Take Off Parts 

In some cases, New "Take Off" Parts may be substituted (particularly for Cams, Blocks, Cranks, Sungears, and other hard to get items). In these cases, the take off parts are unused and fully guaranteed, with the only difference being lack of factory packaging. If you require parts in factory packaging please send a e-maill.

Returns & Cancellations

Parts may be returned for exchange or refund provided they are in resalable condition and still in original packaging. No refunds on any part that has been used or installed. Special Order items (i.e. Race Motors, Customer Machined Parts, etc.) are generally not returnable. Shipping is not refundable and all refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the reason for the refund or return is our fault (Note: Items and motors shipped under "Free Shipping" will also have actual shipping cost deducted from refund in addition to the 15% fee). Call or email for a return authorization before shipping anything back. We must authorize all returns. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused or returned. Shipping charges for the returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection. All returned items and the packaging must be undamaged. Upon inspection, if the product has been used or damaged, we will return the merchandise, freight COD, without issuing credit.

If you have placed an order with us and decide to cancel the order before it has been shipped, but after we have processed your

credit card, you will be subject to a 10% fee.

Shipping Loss & Damage

Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier.  Always check the condition of the cartons and the merchandise in the presence of the delivery person.  In the event of damaged or missing items, file a claim immediately with the delivery carrier.  Be sure that you keep all damaged cartons and do not use the item until the claim is resolved.  We make every effort to package items securely to prevent any damage.  Once the product leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damages due to shipping and/or handling.  We will assist you with filing a claim; however, we will not be responsible for any damage and are unable to provide any free repair parts or reimbursement for parts. 

Missing Parts and/or Discrepancies

Please contact us immediately if anything is missing from your order and/or the parts are incorrect. Any claims must be done within 48 hrs of receipt. We will not honor any claims after that period. For internet orders, we pack the parts based on what was ordered on-line. We are not responsible for any phone calls or emails requesting changes and should discrepancies arise, the original packing list will be considered correct. 

Racing Engine & Parts Warranty

Sorry, there is no warranty of any kind on any racing engines or parts.

NR Racing will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of these products. RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. The user shall determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.

 General Product Disclaimers

Motor sports and motorized vehicles are dangerous.  NR Racing LLC will not be held responsible for any injury or damages to the driver caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper assembly, alterations, modifications, and so on.  The user assumes all risk.  Operating motorized vehicles can be dangerous and result in serious injury or death if safety and good judgment are not practiced.  Do not operate any vehicle without an approved helmet and other appropriate safety gear.  NR Racing LLC is not liable for any injuries, death or property damage caused by the operation of any motorized vehicle and/or the use of any product from this website. 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

NR Racing LLC assumes no responsibility or accountability whereby any of its products are used for any unauthorized or illegal actions both criminally and/or in civil incidents.  Do not operate any vehicle without the proper training, safety equipment, license and insurance.  NR Racing LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, with respect to such goods.  In no event shall NR Racing LLC be liable to anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to information or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, for any damage arising there from or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the materials or information.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of materials, parts, manuals, etc. and the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, correctness, validity and quality of any information is with the user.  In no event will NR Racing LLC be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption) or any other damages arising in any way out of the availability, use, reliance on, or inability to use any information, part, manual or whole good, even if NR Racing shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise or for any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in or destructive properties of any materials, parts, manuals, whole goods information etc.

NR Racing LLC makes no representation or guarantees, either expressed or implied of any kind in regards to the NR Racing website or its contents.  Nr-racing.com and the content and material therein are provided in accordance to an ‘as is, where is’ basis.  We disclaim all warranties, either expressed or implied that include merchantability and fitness for any purpose or product.  Any person making use or attempting to make use of Nr-racing.com understands and expressly acknowledges that there are absolutely no warranties or guarantees made regarding the content of the web site.  This may include web site content as well as how current information is, its accuracy and its completeness.

No NR Racing LLC owner, director, employee or any other representative will be liable for any damages that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the nr-racing.com website or any other linked or referring site.  Please be aware that this is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages in any nature, including compensatory, direct or indirect damages loss of data, loss or damage to property, loss of income or profit and any claims made by third parties. 

Prohibited Applications (EPA)

RACING MOTORS, MODIFIED MOTORS, HIGH PERFORMANCE, AND/OR RACING PARTS ARE SOLD FOR ORGANIZED COMPETITION PURPOSES OR EXPORT ONLY. THEY ARE NOT FOR USE ON ANY EQUIPMENT, OFF ROAD, RECREATIONAL, OR EMISSIONS CONTROLLED APPLICATIONS. DOING SO IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW.  When purchasing these items

from NR Racing, the purchaser acknowledges his/her complete understanding and agrees to only use parts or engines for authorized applications.
