Shipping in the 48 States is based on the
dollar amount of the order. The shopping cart will automatically
calculate the shipping charges when you check out. All domestic
orders are shipped by Fedex Ground or USPS First Class (our choice).
2nd day & Overnight orders are available for extra fees. Rates for
these are based on weight. We can also use your account number(s)
however a $5.00 handling charge will apply. |

International shipping is based on both value and weight.
The shopping cart will charge a minimum shipping cost amount based
on value. In most cases this will be sufficient. However, depending
on what is ordered (esp. heavy parts, motors, etc)
actual shipping cost may be higher.
In this case,
we will
bill you by Paypal for balance.
Most orders are send USPS Priority Mail which takes 6
to 10 days.
Orders over $500 must be sent Fedex, else NR
Racing cannot insure delivery. There will an additional charge for
these orders and will be billed separately for additional shipping
cost.
Motors cost between $100 (Canada)
to $235 (Asia) to ship.

Shipping Damage |

We make every attempt to package and/or repackage to prevent any
damage. However, once the product's) leaves our facility, we are not
responsible for any damages due to shipping and/or handling. All
items sent by FedEx and/or UPS are sent insured for the full value.
In the event of damage you will need to file a claim with FedEx (or
other shipping company). It is recommended that you take pictures of
the damage area and all packaging. You should not throw away any
packaging and/or use the item until the claim is resolved. NR Racing
will assist you with filing claim, however once again, we will not
be responsible for an damage and are unable to provide any free
repair parts or reimbursement for parts or labor. |

We are not responsible for any duties,
taxes, or fees (brokerage, etc) for international shipments. We are
not responsible for items held up, lost, or confiscated by foreign
customs or other Gov't agencies. Purchasers assumes all risk once
shipments is delivered to the custom agency, broker, or postal
service of the destination country. NO INSURANCE OR OTHER DELIVERY
GUARANTEES ARE PROVIDED FOR ANY SHIPMENT TO FORMER EASTERN BLOCK
COUNTRIES (Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania,
Hungry, etc). |

Shipping Time |

Most parts and stock engines are shipped within 48 hours. Racing
engines have anywhere from a few days to several week lead times. Be
advised Spring and Summer is our busy time for racing engines. Some
parts (esp. racing) may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will notify you via
e-mail of any unusual delay. Most orders are shipped via FedEx
ground. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us. Orders
over 150 lbs and some shipments between 70 and 150 lbs require
shipping via common carrier to assure the most careful handling of
your purchase. We will notify you of these situations, advise you of
the freight, and receive your approval prior to shipping via common
carrier |
